About STC | |
SCIENTIFICALLY-TECHNOLOGICAL CENTRE REACTIVELECTRON (STC REACTIVELEKTRON) STC Reactivelectron governed by National academy of sciences of Ukraine was founded in 1959 as subdivision of Pure Electrones Institute (PEI). Now PEI is based in Moscow and called Scientifically - research institute of chemical reagents and specifically pure chemical substances (IREA). In 1959 Donetsk subdivision of IREA was reorganized into STC Reactivelektron. Units of STC Reactivelectron are as follows: scientific research units, project units, experimental factory. Units execute complex of Scientific research on creation and designing of new materials and technologies including industrial tests (trials). |
Director of STC Reactivelectron is Polishuk Vladimir Sidorovich, doctor of techical sciences, Deserved inventor of Ukraine, Laureate Of Ukrainian State Premium on science and technique. Mr. Polishuk is author of two monographs and more than 70 scientific articles and inventions.
| Directions of scientific research works of of STC Reactivelectron are as follows: - specifically pure materials for the electronic technique; - chemically pure substances and reagents; - refractory compounds; - composite materials based on refractory compounds; - structural engineering of chemical mills; - utilization of chemical, metallurgical and mining industrial waste; - metrology, standardization, certification of materials and production technologies. |
There are results of our research works: - inorganic chemical reagents in wide nomenclature, - ferrit materials and products, - radio absorption materials and products, - piezoceramic materials and products for the electronic industry and electronic domestic technique, - composite abrasive powders and composite magnetic abrasive powders (CAP and CMAP), - refractory metal carbides and nitrides with high degree of fineness (RMC and RMN), - products made of RMC and RMN, - composite copper-graphite joint bars for slip rings (current collectors) of electric locomotives, - materials and pastes for thick tape technology of the multilayer integrated circuits, - dactyloscopic powders. Producible goods: - piezomaterials and piezoelements including ones made by customer' specifications, - magnetic abrasive powders (MAP), - Composite protective straps of pantographs of the electric locomotives NMG-1200, - coloured powders for dactylography and fault detection, - electrolytes.
