Zone of experimental technologies

Development of recycling technologies (RT). RT are technologies of man-caused wastes involvement into the industrial redistribution in order to get high-quality purpose products for following industries:

  • Following recycling technologies are also developed: RT of used coupler accumulators of TNG type, RT of nickel – based compounds (oxides, nitrates, sulfates of nickel), RT of sulfates for ferrous metallurgy (ferronickel), RT for radioelectronics (high-frequency ferrits), RT for machine - construction and machine-tool construction (nickel-plating). Our specialists have also developed the following technologies.
  • Technology of processing dolomite dust (dolomite powder) into oxide of magnesium for metallurgical industry. (Dolomite dust (dolomite powder) is production waste of dolomite integrated works). This technology is used for some purposes: production of periklaze for furnace brick-lining, production of magnesium and nitric fertilizers for needs of agriculture, production of placebo for needs of pharmacy;
  • Technology of getting oxides of tungsten (wolfram), cobalt, nickel from wastes of high-strength alloys of VK and VP type. This technology is used for production of boring (drilling) instruments, high-strength goods (milling cutters, draw plates etc) and catalysts
  • Technology of processing non-ferrous metallurgic waste into copper sulfate for needs of agriculture. .

GETTING NANOPOWDERS FOR FUNCTIONAL CERAMICS requires pilot plant.

Possibilities of pilot plant are as follows. dissolution of high-toxic tetrahlorides of Si, Ti, Sn, Pb. sedimentation of dioxide nanopowders of Ti, Cn. sedimentation of zirconates of Pb, Ba, Sr sedimentation of nanopowder materials for radioelectronic technique (condenser and posistor materials).

Powders are used for production of functional ceramic wares, catalysts, fuel elements, Other sphere of application is production of plants for photolysis of water. Plants give electric power and ecologically pure fuel – hydrogen by the sun energy and thermic isolators.

TECHNOLOGY OF SODIUM METASTANATE AND SULFATE OF TIN PRODUCTION HAS BEEN DEVELOPED. INDUSTRIAL PLANT OPERATES.

Sodium metastanate is used the for following purposes: chemical tinning of aluminium and magnesium alloys (silumines), particularly for defence of internal combustion engines pistons, tinning of aluminium wire and small types. Ones both become suitable for soldering with ordinary tin solder alloys, instead the argon welding.

Experimental parties of sodium metastanate (SoMe) made by STC Reactivelectrone were tested by consumers from Ukraine, Russia, Germany. According to expert conclusions operating characteristics of STC’s SoMe are at 1.5 times above German SoMe and at 1.3 times above Russian one.

The sulfate of tin is used for electrochemical tinning of steel and in the cement industry for transfer of dangerous hexavalent chrome contained in cement, in safe trivalent one.

In the area (zone) of experimental technologies production of following wares is organized

  • Composite current collecting copper-graphite protective straps of pantographs of the electric locomotives;
  • chemical reagents;
  • lime absorbent of carbon dioxide made of Ukrainian raw material;
  • compounds of reactive purity based on nickel, cobalt, lead from man-caused wastes and the second raw material.

NMG-1200

Composite protective straps of pantographs of the electric locomotives NMG-1200 are used on all railways of Ukraine.

NMG-1200 provide reliable and steady electric current collection, even wearing, and good state of contact wire in any weather terms.
