Extended meeting of STC «Reactivelectron» Academic council

On November 13, 2008 the extended meeting of STC's «Reactivelectron» Academic council took place. In the meeting took part following persons:

Vice-chairman of Central administrative board of industry and development of infrastructure (CABIDI) of Donetsk regional State administration (DRSA) Verovets E.A. and head of Board of scientific- technical and innovative development (it is a part of CABIDI) Anisimov A.E.

The following questions were placed on the agenda:

1. About implementation of budgetary research themes and Ukrainian scientifically-tehnical center's (USTC's) research themes:

• Research of processes of forming of multiscale structural elements of lead less ceramics during consolidation of nanodispersed and microdispersed powders. Forming of texture of ceramics.
• Research of phase transformations' kinetics in ceramics of types PЕ-ACE, ASE-SE, PE-SE and composite materials of the AVO3 type, including research carried out at the high pressure conditions. Research of electrophysical properties.
• Elaboration of high-performance methods of getting of especially pure aluminum nitride and integrated multilevel circuit substrates on its basis.

2. About preparation to the publication of monograph “Composite electric current collection materials for the railway trains” by Polishuk V.S., Bukovskiy V.I., Dotsenko K.I.

3. About preparation to celebration of 50^th anniversary of STC's foundation in 2009 year.

4. About preparation to defence of thesis by Pogibko V.M. «Mechanism and kinetics of synthesis of nanodispersible powders and nanostructural ceramics on the basis of zirconate - titanate of lead, titanates of barium and strontium».
