Piezomaterials and piezoelements

On the basis of nanostructural piezoceramics STC «Reactivelectron» can presently develop and make piezomaterials (PM) and piezoelements (PE) with the properties exceeding best foreign analogues  serially produced.

Devices and apparatus with improved technical descriptions can be made on the basis of PM & PE. Descriptions are as follows:

• high sensitiveness,
• low level of intrinsic noises,
• high maximum-possible power of ultrasound generation
• wide range of working temperatures,
• long - durable temperature stability,

high firmness to action of penetrable radiation.

Technology of PK - materials synthesis on the basis of titanate-circonate lead is improved. Given technology allows to produce piezomaterials which correspond to world - accepted quality level.

Our traditional markets are  - Ukraine, Russia, Byelorussia.

Ukrainian raw materials are used for production of transformers and piezoelements.

Following parameters of piezoelements' technologies have been optimized: regimes of pressing, types of atmosphere, types of covering during sintering, types of electrodes, regimes of polarization. Following parameters of transformers' technologies have been optimized: sets of glues, level of reinforcement, ultrasonic control methods.

Piezoelements and transformers with the parameters lying in following diapasons are developed:

• frequencies of radiation (from kilohertzs to megahertzs);
• capacity of radiation (from 0,3 to 1,5 kilowatt);
• Efficiency ratio, temperature stability and field stability correspond to world - accepted quality level.

Branches of Application:

• medicine (equipment and instruments);
• electronics, instrument-making industry (production of sensors, systems of reception and transmission for radar installation stations, dispersants, filters, mixers);
• domestic technique (washing machines activators, repellents for insects and animals);
• power engineering (engine fuel pulverizers, pulverizers for thermoelectric power stations).
